How to: Admin App on Facebook
The admin app on Facebook is a built-in application specifically for editing, managing and administering a Facebook page. Users who create a new page are automatically granted admin privileges for that page and have access to the app. Also, if a page owner adds you as an administrator for his page, then you will also have access to the admin app specific to that page.
