How to Get Weather on the iPhone Home Screen on Cydia

Weathericon is a Cydia application that allows you to display the current weather on the home screen of your jailbroken iPhone. The application changes the icon associated with your iPhone's Weather application to display the current temperature and weather condition. This application will only function on jailbroken iPhones. Jailbreaking and using Cydia will void the terms and conditions of Apple's iPhone warranty.

Instructions

1. Tap the "Cydia" icon on your jailbroken iPhone.

2. Tap the "Search" option.

3. Enter "Weathericon" in the search bar.

4. Tap the "Weathericon" application.

5. Tap the "Install" button.

6. Tap the "Confirm" button.

7. Press the Home button on your iPhone.

8. Tap the "Settings" option.

9. Tap the "Weathericon" button.

10. Slide the "Enabled" switch to the "ON" position.

11. Slide the "Show Image" switch to the "ON" position.

12. Slide the "Show Badge" switch to the "ON" position.

13. Press the Home button on your iPhone. The current weather will now display on your iPhone's home screen.
