Things You'll Need

• Shoe glue
• Cork sealant

Instructions

1. Apply a thin coat of cork sealant to the cork on your Birkenstock sandals when the shine becomes dull. This protects the cork from the elements and adds to the sandals' longevity.

2. Apply a small amount of shoe glue to the area that has come unglued. This usually occurs between the cork footbed and the rubber sole. Once the glue is applied it needs to dry overnight.

3. When the glue is dry, apply another coat of cork sealant to make sure the sandal is sealed from the elements.
