How to Unlock Malcolm's Mansion for Visiting and Moving in "The Sims: Bustin' Out"
In "The Sims: Bustin' Out," the PC classic "The Sims" gets a console treatment and adds a career-like mode known as "Bustin' Out." In this mode, your Sim starts out living in Mom's House and life is good. Then Malcolm Landgrabb comes to town and shows off what a jerk he is by taking all of your stuff. Fortunately, as the game advances you have the chance for sweet revenge -- taking Malcolm's posh mansion and expensive possessions for yourself. What you do with dear Mr. Landgrabb and his ill-gotten loot is up to you, but you won't get the chance to lock him in a room without a toilet or sell his expensive electronics unless you can get into his home.

When you are capable and your job level is high enough, you will be presented with the option to visit or move into Malcolm's Mansion.

Tips & Warnings
One of the easiest ways to get ahead in this game is also one of the most tedious. Even when you have the option to move out of Mom's House in level one, don't. Instead, take the time to max all of your character's skills to their limit before moving on.
Malcolm's Mansion is obtainable in every play-through, provided you diligently work through all of the levels and challenges. Once you're in, he can't kick you out so feel free to turn his paradise into your own.
Malcolm's Mansion isn't the end of the line. Even this level has challenges to complete to attain absolute completion of the game.
To completely tie up every loose end in the game and unlock all items and skills for both Bustin' Out and Free Play modes, you will need to finish all seven career lines. That means that as you pick up a new career to work from, you will have to move back into an earlier home to build that career to its pinnacle. Naturally, this might take quite some time.
