How to Make an Online Playlist With Winamp

Winamp has the ability to create an HTML-based playlist that you can upload to a website. If you don't have Web space, generate your playlist and post it to a blog or social networking site.

Start Winamp.

Click the "List Opts" button in the lower right corner of the Winamp software. Choose "New List" to create a new playlist.

Click the "Add" button. Choose "Add File" to add songs to the playlist one at a time. Choose "Add Dir" to add all the songs in a folder to the playlist.

Click "Misc" and select "Misc Opts."

Click "Generate HTML Playlist." Winamp will open an HTML-based playlist in your default Internet browser. Click "Generate HTML Playlist." Winamp will open an HTML-based playlist in your default Internet browser.

Save your HTML playlist in an easy-to-remember location. Press "Ctrl" and "S" or click your browser's "File" menu and choose "Save As." You can also right-click where the playlist says "Right-click Here to Save This HTML File."

Upload your HTML file to your website. If you want to post your playlist on a blog or social network site, copy it using "Ctrl" and "C," and then paste it in your blog with "Ctrl" and "V."
