How to Get a Facebook Review Button

Get your customers to leave feedback with the Reviews app on Facebook.

Facebook has developed a simple application that allows you to add a tab to your page to collect and show off reviews. Customers are then able to leave honest feedback about your company, product or services. The "Reviews" app also features a star-rating system that rates your business between one to five stars. It serves as a way for prospective customers to read about your business, too. Once you have the app installed on your page, you can encourage your customers to leave their opinions on your Facebook page.

Instructions

1. Go to facebook.com, log in to your account and type facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=6261817190 into the URL field. Click this app listing to open its profile page.

2. Click the "Add to My Page" link below the app's profile picture in the left column. In the pop-up box, click the "Add to Page" button next to the page to you wish to add reviews. A tab button is automatically added to your Facebook page. You don't need to set up or implement any additional settings.

Tips & Warnings

• Send out a status message telling your friends, family and fans that you have a new reviews section and that you would appreciate their honest opinions. Asking for feedback will help jump-start the interaction.
