Instructions

    • 1

Load a hot glue stick into the hot glue gun. Plug the gun into the wall. Wait about five minutes while the glue heats up.

    • 2

Spread wax paper across the table or flat surface where you will be working. Place the lampshade on top of the wax paper.

    • 3

Dust off the old lampshade and brush down the sides of the lampshade with a damp cloth. Allow the lampshade to dry completely.

    • 4

Wash the bottle caps in soap and water. Dry them off with a dish towel.

    • 5

Squeeze hot glue into the base of the bottle caps so the glue acts as a filler. Allow the glue to dry. Once the glue has dried, squeeze a dot of glue onto the dried glue surface.

    • 6

Press the beer bottle cap onto the lampshade. Continue adding bottle caps to the lampshade until the shade is covered with different bottle caps.
