How to Make a 3D Fabric Yo-Yo
3-D fabric yo-yo’s are small circles of fabric that are gathered in the center. They are an attractive way to add your own personal touch to a homemade or store-bought purse, shirt or quilt. Fabric yo-yo’s are a perfect way to use up scraps of fabric left over from other projects. The method is the same, whether you are making small or large yo-yos; you can make a few quickly, then save them until you find the perfect project.
