How to Assemble a Lollipop Towel Favor for a Bridal Shower
Celebrate an upcoming wedding with the bride to be by throwing a bridal shower in her honor. Make the bridal shower even sweeter with whimsical favors inspired by giant lollipops. Lollipop towel favors are a non-edible and practical favor that transforms ordinary towels into a charming favor for the guests to take home. Best of all, it's easy to create lollipop towel favors that complement the decor of the shower by using colorful towels, allowing the guests to remember the bride and her get-together long after the wedding.

1
Lay the towel on a work surface so the side with the tag is facing upward.
-
2
Fold up the bottom edge of the towel about an inch. Continue to fold the towel up, inch by inch, until the towel is folded into a long roll.
-
-
3
Roll up the towel, starting at one end and working toward the other, to create a round lollipop-like shape. Use one hand to roll while the other hand holds the towel in place. Pinch the rolled up towel firmly to hold it together.
-
4
Carefully wrap the rolled up towel with plastic wrap, making it look like a lollipop in a candy wrapper. Secure the wrap just under the towel by fastening a rubber band around it.
-
5
Add a wooden dowel under the plastic wrap and through the rubber band, to create the lollipop stick.
-
6
Decorate the lollipop favor with ribbon by tying some around the rubber band.
