How to Troubleshoot TeamBoard Pen Colors
The TeamBoard device is primarily a teaching and presentation peripheral that allows you to use the projected space as a touch screen. You can navigate and control the computer from the board, or you can highlight important information by using the Pen tool. The Pen tool allows you to select a color and draw on the board, annotating and writing additional notes on top of whatever program you are using. If you're no longer able to select the colors of your Pen tool, you can try some troubleshooting techniques.

Reconnect the TeamBoard device to your computer, preferably to a new USB port. A fresh connection is sometimes needed to access applications or tools of the device that has glitched, such as the case with the Pen tool's colors.

Restart the computer and click the "Draw" tool from the panel on the TeamBoard peripheral. The tool will become selected.

Click with the mouse on the color you want to use. Occasionally, the peripheral will glitch and will not interact with its interface from the TeamBoard. Instead, you can interact with it through the computer's mouse.
