DIY Sidecar
A sidecar is a classic cocktail made from Cointreau, Cognac and lemon juice. The sidecar is an ideal alternative to other cocktails like a vodka martini or scotch, as it is a bit sweeter and easier on the palette for those who don't like a strong taste of alcohol. This recipe can be multiplied to make larger batches for a party or event and can be kept chilled over a pitcher of ice until ready to serve. Does this Spark an idea?
