How to Move the Trees of Sootopolis City in"Pokemon Emerald"
Players encounter a house with a room that is blocked off by potted trees when they first arrive in Sootopolis City in the Game Boy Advance game "Pokemon Emerald." This is a result of the translation from the Japanese to the North American version of the game. In the original game, players could access a special e-Reader event in the room behind the trees. Since this event is not available in the North American version, the room is normally inaccessible. Players can use cheat codes with a Gameshark cheat device to walk through the trees and access the room.

Tips & Warnings
Even though you can access the inaccessible room with cheat codes, you cannot access the Japanese-only e-Reader event. When you talk to the man in the next room, his dialogue is missing.
