How to Make Heart-Shaped Snowflakes With Origami
A heart-shaped snowflake is a decoration that combines Valentine's Day and the season it happens in, winter. A snowflake heart can be made by kids and adults alike, since it is a simple craft that incorporates basic cutting and origami-folding techniques. You can use any size of paper and any type of craft scissors to create the origami craft. When the snowflake is finished, it can be taped to windows or walls, or suspended from the ceiling.

Fold the paper in half horizontally.

2
Fold the paper in half vertically. You should end up with a square or a rectangle.

3
Cut small triangle and square shapes in the center and along the edges of the paper. Make sure that all of the cut-out shapes have at least 1 centimeter of space between them.

Turn the paper so that it looks like a diamond on your work surface. Make sure the folded edge is on your left.
