How to Rewind in iTunes
iTunes has a built in rewind feature that allows you to move backwards within any individual sound file. You should use this feature when you want to replay a specific portion of the file without going all the way back to the beginning of the file. Once you exit the rewind feature, the music file will continue to play from the specific point you rewound the file to.
