How to Build a Mog House in "Final Fantasy XI"
In "Final Fantasy XI," a Mog House is your character's home. You can store items, regain health and invite friends over. Every character is given a Mog House as soon as he starts the game. You can create a second Mog House in any major city. You don't need any additional money or quest items, all you need to do is talk to the right characters.

Travel to the Residential Area in any major city. You can find Residential Areas in Bastok in the Markets on the East Side; in San D'oria at Northern San D'oria on the Southeast Side; and at Jeuno, in Lower Jeuno on the Northeast Side.

Speak to the NPC standing directly outside of the Residential Area. Tell him that you would like to get a "Rent-a-Room." Despite what the name implies, a Rent-a-Room is free.

Go into the Residential Area and enter the Mog House marked on your map as your temporary home. You will find all of the comforts of your primary Mog House, though you cannot rearrange furniture. Your Moogle will join you at your new Mog House, bringing all of your stored possessions.
