Instructions

    • 1

Lay the belt buckle on a piece of paper and trace its outline.

    • 2

Place the Swarovski crystal rhinestones within the outline of the belt buckle to test your design. This step is important even if you will be using only one color or rhinestone. By moving the rhinestones around within the outline, you will be able to determine the ideal placement that creates the least gaps.

    • 3

Purchase an epoxy crafter’s glue with a tipped dispenser to allow you greater control.

    • 4

Clean the surface of the belt buckle.

    • 5

Apply a dot of glue to an inner edge of the face of the belt buckle. You want to work from the inside to the outside so that your don’t overcrowd the rhinestones. The dot of glue should be slightly smaller than the rhinestone itself.

    • 6

Pick up one of the rhinestones with a pair of plastic tweezers and place the rhinestone on the dot of glue. Use plastic tweezers so that you can through them away if they become encrusted with glue.

    • 7

Repeat until you have applied all the rhinestones. Do not apply rhinestones to the spoke of the belt buckle or the area where the spoke sits.

    • 8

Allow the glue to dry for the manufacture’s recommended time before wearing.
