How to Wall a Saxophone

Use a wall-mounted stand to store your saxaphone when you're not playing it.

If you own and play the saxophone the proper upkeep and storage of the instrument is of the utmost importance. Many people store their saxophones safely in their cases but you can also place it on a wall-mounted stand, which creates a way to display the instrument when it isn`t in use. These stands come fully assembled so all you need to do is mount one to your wall.

• Power drill

Instructions

1. Place the mounting brackets on the wall and mark them according to the diagram in the instruction manual. If the brackets are connected to a single metal frame simply select the location on the wall where you would like to mount the frame.

2. Use the power drill to drill holes in the marked areas.

3. Use a screwdriver and screws to secure the mounting brackets in the holes.

4. Fit the stand bars over the mounting brackets to mount them.

5. Place the saxophone in the wall mount.
