1
Trace a shape onto multicolored craft foam with adhesive backing. Consider shapes like hearts, stars, circles, squares and letters for your stickers. Cut out each shape with craft scissors. Leave the paper backing in place.
-
2
Create designs on the new stickers using your imagination or a stencil. Start off with designs you can draw free-hand like flowers, sports equipment, rainbows or clouds. Don't worry if your lines aren't perfect, the puff paint will cover them up.

3
Apply puff paint to your design. Be careful when squeezing the bottle so that you don't over-apply the paint. If paint is stuck in the applicator tip, use a push pin to dislodge dried paint.

4
Turn a blow dryer on a low heat setting and dry your stickers. Puff paint is heat-activated and it will begin to swell up on the surface of your stickers, making them truly puffy. Peel off the paper backing and embellish scrapbooks or other crafts.
