The decorated cages, which typically feature ornate details, will add a romantic touch to a bridal shower, wedding reception or valentine's day dinner. You can use an antique cage you already own, or buy one at a flea market or second-hand store. If the cage isn't in great condition, enhance it with fresh white paint. Does this Spark an idea?

2
Accent the cage with several bud vases filled with small flowers, such as pink sweetheart roses. Use mason or jelly jars in place of the vases, if you desire a country-inspired look. Set the candle in the center of the cage, and surround it with the flower vases.

Tie a ribbon into a large bow at the top of the cage, to complete the table decor. Choose a ribbon that matches the occasion, such as a white satin ribbon for a bridal shower or a red velvet ribbon for a Christmas dinner.
