How to Measure a CRT TV
Although flat screen plasma TVs have taken over many people's living rooms, there is still a market for working CRT TVs. Plenty of people are still searching for an affordable used television. If you want to sell your CRT TV, you need to provide potential buyers with the television's size. When someone asks, "How big is the TV?" they are typically referring to the screen size. If you don't remember or no longer have the user manual, measure the TV to have an answer.

Tips & Warnings
If your CRT TV has a black frame around the screen, this is called the front bezel. The bezel is usually included in the screen size measurement making the actual viewable screen slightly smaller. You can use the tape measure diagonally from the corners of the bezel and include that size along with the screen size.
