How to Sign Off From Android Market

When you enter the Android Market on your phone, the Market signs you in under the main Google account on your Android. You cannot sign out, but you can switch to another Google account. However, if you sign in to the Android Market on your computer or the Android Web browser, you can sign off.

Instructions

Switch Accounts in Market App

1. Press the "Menu" button while in the Android Market app.

2. Tap "Accounts." A list of all Google accounts on your Android device pops up.

3. Tap a Google account to switch to it.

Sign Off in a Browser

1. Open your Web browser either on your computer or Android device.

2. Go to Market.android.com.

3. Click or tap "Sign Out" in the upper right corner.
