How to Get Books on a Pandigital e-Reader

The Pandigital e-Reader, known as the "Pandigital Novel," uses three e-book loading methods. You can purchase books directly on the device through the Barnes & Noble bookstore, authorize the device with Adobe Digital Editions or transfer ePub and PDF files directly from your computer on to the e-book reader.

Things You'll Need

• USB data cable
• Barnes & Noble account
• Adobe Digital Editions installed on computer

Instructions

Barnes & Noble

1. Click "Settings & General" on your Pandigital Novel. Enter your Barnes & Noble email and password in the matching fields.

2. Open the bookstore application. Tap on a book you wish to purchase. Tap "Buy Now" to confirm that you wish to buy that particular book.

3. Tap "My Library" and "Update" to download the new book to your Pandigital e-Reader.

Computer

1. Connect your Pandigital Novel to your computer with the USB cable.

2. Turn on the Pandigital e-Reader if you do not already have it switched on.

3. Click "Start." Double-click the e-Reader's hard drive icon once your system recognizes the reader. Drag and drop your books to the "eBooks" folder.

Adobe Digital Editions

1. Connect the Pandigital Novel to your computer using the included USB cable.

2. Launch Adobe Digital Editions.

3. Click "Authorize Device" when prompted by the Adobe Digital Editions software. It may take a moment for the program to recognize your device.

4. Click "Finished." Drag any books to "PD_Novel" on the Adobe program to add the books to your device.
