How to Embed Vimeo in FBML for Facebook
Vimeo is an online video-sharing service that lets you embed videos from its website. You can even embed Vimeo videos into a Facebook page tab or app by using the Facebook Markup Language (FBML). Embedding videos into your app or page tab is a powerful way to draw the Facebook users attention to a certain video you'd like them to watch.

Go to Vimeo.com and browse for a video you wish to embed. Once you find the video, click the "Embed" icon on the video player. Click the box under the "Get the Embed Code" to select the code and press the "Ctrl" + "C" keys simultaneously to copy the code.

Open the HTML document in a text editor that contains your FBML code for either your Facebook app or Facebook page tab.

Find a suitable location to place the video, click the mouse cursor there and press the "Ctrl" + "V" keys simultaneously to paste the embed code.

Save the HTML document and upload it to your servers. The Facebook app or page tab should now display the embedded Vimeo video on the screen whenever a user visits it.
