How to Fix a Leaning Cubicle Wall
A man's home may be his castle, but his cubicle is where he spends much of his time when he works. Office cubicles are often frustrating places for the people who work in them, but the cubicles need to be in good condition to make them as functional and enjoyable for the worker as possible. If your cubicle wall is leaning, your entire cubicle could be in danger of collapsing. Fixing the leaning cubicle requires some basic tools. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Push the wall back in position so it is straight up and down again.
-
2
Adjust the wall in the frame if it is supposed to slide into a bracket that holds it in place. Cubicles vary in construction design, but some have brackets that are designed to hold the walls in place. The wall may just be loose, and repositioning it into the bracket fixes the leaning.

3
Place a cinder block or other heavy object on both sides of the cubicle base to help hold the wall in place if the wall is still leaning or loose.
-
4
Drill a screw into the loose wall to connect it more effectively with the wall it is attached to. The longer the screw, the more support the leaning wall receives since it won't pull out as easily.
-
5
Add several more screws down the wall into the frame so they hold the wall in place.
