How to Make a Ping on iTunes
Making a ping on iTunes involves one of two actions, which are liking a song, album or artist, and posting a message about the music. Ping is the music-based social network that is built into the iTunes software. You can follow musicians, bands, artists and other music lovers on the network. When you ping an item in the iTunes Store, then that is broadcast to your social following.
