How to Build an iTunes Podcast
Besides playing music, movies and television shows, the iTunes application also includes support for podcasts. Podcasts are audio files released regularly to form an ongoing series; each file is known as an "episode." If you have recorded a podcast episode using the Garageband program, which is part of Apple's iLife suite, you can build an iTunes version of the audio file. If you want to make your podcast available to the public, you can host it online and submit the podcast feed to the iTunes Store.
