How to Change a Spark Plug on a Toro Powerlite Snowblower

Toro Powerlite snowblowers are small snow thrower machines designed for clearing small areas such as sidewalks and driveways. The engine on a Toro Powerlite snowblower is equipped with a spark plug that provides the necessary electrical spark to start the engine. If the spark plug wears out, it must be changed with a new one to keep the snowblower working properly.

Instructions

1. Turn the engine off.

2. Open the spark plug cap on the top of the Toro Powerlite snowblower engine.

3. Unscrew and remove the spark plug with a socket wrench.

4. Insert the new spark plug into the spark plug socket. Screw the spark plug in place by hand.

5. Tighten the spark plug with the socket wrench. Replace the spark plug cap.
