Visit the Skype website and log in by providing your Skype account name and password in the designated boxes, then clicking "Sign me in."

Click the "Buy more credit" button, located on the upper right corner of your Skype account homepage.

Select the amount of Skype credit you wish to buy from the list of designated amounts. Then press "Buy now," located at the bottom of the screen.

Select the method of payment by looking under the "Paying with" header on the right side of the page. The default payment method is PayPal. If you don't want to pay with PayPal, click "Change" and select the credit card with which you wish to pay.

Type your PayPal email address and password into the designated boxes or provide your credit card information. Then press "Continue" to confirm the order. An email confirmation will be sent to the email account linked to your Skype account.
