How to Clean Canon MP620 Rollers
When paper does not feed properly or you have repeated paper jams in your Canon MP620, the feed rollers may have debris, dirt or other obstructions. Clean the rollers when feeding problems persist to remove any buildup. Only run the roller cleaning cycle when necessary to avoid needless wear and tear on the roller assembly.

Unfold the paper output tray and pull the tray extension out. Turn the power on to the printer and remove any paper from the input tray.

Touch the "Settings" button on the home panel of the printer and press "OK" to confirm the selection.

Choose the "Maintenance" menu and press "OK." Select "Roller Cleaning" then choose "OK."

Choose "Yes" to confirm the process and press "OK." Choose the paper feed roller to clean – either the cassette or the rear input tray. Press "OK" to start cleaning.

Insert three sheets of paper into the input tray you selected during the setup. Touch the "Roller Cleaning" option then press "OK" to start the cleaning process a second time. Choose "Yes" followed by "OK." Choose the paper source that corresponds with where you inserted the paper. Press "OK."
