You can use iTunes Connect to publish your ebook on the iBookstore.

The iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch support an app called iBooks, which allow you to use your Apple device as an ebook reader. Users can browse through the iBookstore listings, then purchase and download items right from their device. As an author, you have the ability to self-publish your ebook on the iBooks platform. Once your book is in the EPUB format and you have obtained an ISBN number, you can upload it through the iTunes Connect system.

Instructions

      Open a Web browser and go to the iTunes Connect application.

      Select "Books" from the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page, then click "Continue" twice.

      Enter your full name, Apple ID and password in the appropriate fields, then click "Continue" again.

      Enter your tax information and mailing address. Also, check the boxes next to the worldwide territories where you own the rights to distribute your ebook. Press "Continue" when you are done.

      Enter the title of your ebook at the top of the next page, check the box to agree to the iTunes Connect terms and then click "Continue" to submit your application. If your application is accepted, click on the link to download the iTunes Producer tool.

      Highlight the "New from file" icon and click "Next."

      Fill in all desired information about your ebook, including the ISBN number, publication date and page length.

      Switch to the "Assets" tab at the top of the window.

      Press the "Choose" button underneath "EPUB" and double-click on the EPUB version of your ebook. Then press the "Choose" button underneath "Cover Art" and double-click on the image you want to use as your ebook's cover.

      Go to the "Delivery" tab and press the "Deliver" button to upload your ebook file and submit it to iTunes Connect. If it is accepted, you will receive an email when it is published in the iBookstore.
