How to Disable a Pre-Existing Collector on Oracle
Oracle Applications is the non-database portion of Oracle software. The applications are used for business management, such as financials, call centers and human resources. A collector in Oracle Applications is a definable term that is assigned to a profile class. The collectors obtain information or money from the customers based in the class. To disable the collector in Oracle, you have to do so from the Collectors window.

Open the Audit Vault Console in Oracle Applications, and select “Management.”

Click on “Collectors.”

Check the circle next to the collector’s name you wish to disable.

Click “Stop” to disable the collector.
