Wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner. Dry your hair with a towel.

Comb your hair.

Grip a length of hair between your fingers at the base of the hair. Comb the hair in front of it and comb the length of hair so you have an idea of its smoothness.

Take your razor and run it along the length of hair at the mid-tension point. Run the razor to the end of the hair.

Move to the section of hair behind the area you have just texturized and repeat the process.

Repeat the process with the entire area of hair you wish to texturize. Try to work from front to back and then do the sides.
