How to Go Back and Forth Between Inventory & Magic Book in "RuneScape"
When you are a new player in the online role-playing game "RuneScape," learning to use the features of the game can be overwhelming. Your user control panel contains several shortcuts to the most commonly used functions, including your Fighting Style, Quest Journal, Inventory and Magic Spellbook. When you are training the Magic skill by participating in combat with a monster or another player, having the ability to switch between your Inventory and Magic Spellbook is essential for survival. To switch between both shortcuts, use the buttons on your user control panel.

Travel to a monster that you want to kill.

Click the Magic Spellbook shortcut on your control panel, which is located in the lower-right corner of your screen, between the Prayer and Friends list shortcuts.

Right-click the spell that you want to cast and click "Autocast." By selecting the Autocast feature, your character will automatically attack the monster using the spell and keep attacking while you drink a potion or eat food.

Click the monster to begin attacking using the Magic spell.

Click the Inventory shortcut on the control panel, which is located between the Quest Journal and Equipment shortcuts. Your character continues attacking the monster while you have your Inventory open.
