How to Bind DNS

Control your DNS settings with BIND.

BIND is a UNIX-based service in the Webmin hosting panel that maintains and controls domain name service (DNS) settings. If you need to update or edit your DNS settings, you will need to access the BIND service and make any changes there.

Instructions

1. Log in to your account with Webmin and navigate to "Servers." Select "BIND."

2. Locate the section for "New type of record to add." Select "Address."

3. Enter the name of your domain. (e.g.,. www.xxxxx.com)

4. Enter a value in the TTL (time to live) field if you want to hold off the update of the site to another time.
