How to Restore Facebook Contacts on Android
Android phones come with an account syncing feature that lets you sync contacts from various social networking sites, including Facebook. If you've accidentally deleted the synced Facebook contacts, or if you've turned off the syncing feature, you can easily re-enable it and sync your contacts to restore them to your Android contact list.

Open the Android "All Programs" drawer and tap "Settings."

Tap "Accounts & Sync," and then tap "Facebook."

Verify the box next to "Sync Contacts" is selected. If it's not, tap it to select it.

Tap "Sync Now." Your Android phone will sync your contact list with your Facebook friends list.
