How to Set Yahoo Chat on a Mobile Phone
Yahoo! Messenger Mobile is a free application designed to work with most smartphone devices. This application allows you to setup and use your Yahoo! Messenger account on your cellular phone to send and receive instant messages. Once you download and install the Yahoo! Messenger Mobile application on your cellular device, you can use your existing login credentials to access your Yahoo! Messenger account.

Go to the Yahoo! Messenger Mobile home page.

Enter your cellular phone number in the "Enter your mobile number" text boxes, and click the "Send a link to my phone" button.

Open the text messaging application on your cellular phone.

Select the text message from Yahoo! Messenger and select the link within the text message.

Click the "OK" option to confirm that you want to install the Yahoo! Messenger Mobile application on your cellular phone.
