How to Calibrate a Kenmore Digital Gas Oven

Kenmore gas ovens are available with either digital or analog controls. Models with digital controls use a touch-pad, rather than an knob to turn on the oven, choose the oven setting and select the oven temperature. After regular use of the oven, the oven may require calibration to ensure that the internal temperature is equivalent to the set temperature after the oven has completed the pre-heat cycle. Digital models allow you to calibrate the oven's temperature using the touch-pad, ensuring that you oven is always the correct temperature. Does this Spark an idea?
