1
Pull a couple of tables and chairs outside. Make sure you have enough chairs to accommodate all of the guests and a table large enough to put food and drinks on as well as cups, plates and other supplies.
-
2
Tie helium balloons in your favorite team's colors to all the chairs. Balloons may also be tied around a football and placed in the center of the food table. Decorate the table further with a green tablecloth to simulate a football field, some miniature footballs, small megaphones and football shaped confetti.

3
Purchase a stand-up cardboard cutout of your favorite player and set it next to the chairs. Party-goers will get a kick out of watching the game with one of the players, and it presents a fun photo opportunity during commercials.
-
4
String some twinkle lights around the trees or shrubs of the party area. Once it gets dark, the lights emit a lively glow and add festivity to the party. Football-shaped lights are also a neat option.
-
5
Use chalk powder or baby powder to draw lines on your grass to create a small field. Toss a few footballs onto the makeshift field and some pom poms for kids to play with during halftime.
