How to Reset an IOGEAR Bluetooth
An IOGEAR Bluetooth device, such as a Bluetooth mouse, can connect wirelessly to your computer. This can help to reduce the clutter on your desk by removing extra connection cables. Your computer must have an installed Bluetooth adapter to form a connection with an IOGEAR Bluetooth device. If the Bluetooth device loses the connection with your computer, you simply have to reset it and use the settings in Windows to reconnect it to the computer.

Click "Start" on your computer, then select Control Panel.

Click Hardware and Sound, then select Bluetooth Devices from the list of options.

Select the IOGEAR Bluetooth device that is not connecting, then click the "Remove" button.

Press the "Reset" button on the IOGEAR device, then click "Add" on the Bluetooth Devices window. The "Reset" button is clearly labeled and usually located at the bottom of the device.

Click the "My Device is Set Up and Ready to be Found" check box, then click the "Next" button. Enter the IOGEAR device's passkey in the Passkey box, then click "Next." The device reconnects with your computer. Click "Finish" when the process is complete.
