How to Clone a XenApp Server
The most efficient way to set up a data center to run a XenApp environment is to create a so-called "golden image." This golden image, a server that is set up and patched to run perfectly, is then cloned and distributed to the other servers in the server farm so that each server is then equipped with the same image that should run perfectly across them all. This method also ensures that all servers are running the same monitoring and services and are patched to the same level.
