How to Make a Cosmic Burst in Photoshop
A cosmic burst can be used as a stunning background for pictures and logos. Using Photoshop, you can create a cosmic burst set against a black star-filled background. First fill a black background with stars using the Noise filter, then create a cosmic burst in the center of the image using the Lens Flare filter. Experiment with the settings in the Noise filter to create a different background. You can also create different cosmic bursts by using different settings in the Lens Flare filter.
