How to Blacklist a PHPList User
Phplist is an open source email manager with which you send mass emails, often for marketing and advertising purposes. If a person, known as a user, doesn't want to receive any emails from you, put them on the blacklist. Blacklisting a user is the process of marking a user's email address so they never receive an email from you.

Go to "demo.phplist.com/lists/admin/."

Click "Users." A list of current PHPlist users is shown.

Click the name of the user you want to blacklist.

Click "Details of User." The information for the user is shown.

Click the box next to "Is this user blacklisted?"

Type "1" into the box. The numeric value of "1" is the representation for "Yes" and the numeric value of "0" is the representation of "No."
