How to Get to Poison Ivy in "Batman: Arkham Asylum" for the Second Time

In "Batman: Arkham Asylum," Batman finds one of the asylum's psychopathic inmates, Poison Ivy. Poison Ivy tells you where to find the spores needed to make an antidote for the deadly drug infecting everyone on the island. After you collect the spores, one of Batman's enemies, Harley Quinn, releases Poison Ivy from her cell. The Joker injects Poison Ivy with the drug and she transforms into an out-of-control plant monster. Guide Batman to the Botanical Gardens to stop Poison Ivy before she destroys the asylum.

Instructions

1. Head through the sewer after you collect the spores and defeat Killer Croc. Use your Line Launcher tool to move across the sewer. At the end of the sewer you reach a cracked wall.

2. Destroy the wall with the Batclaw. Jump to the next ledge and knock out the inmates who attack you.

3. Walk through the sewer until you see a junction. Walk right to enter the pump control area. Hang from the wall to stay out of sight. Pounce on inmates as they walk below you. If an inmate spots you, he and his friends will shoot you.

4. Use the control panel in the office after you defeat all the inmates. This opens a door in the main room. Go back to the main room and defeat the inmates there.

5. Walk down the newly opened hallway. Activate your Cryptographic Sequencer tool while facing the water pumps to repair them. Return to the main room. A large enemy named Titan appears.

6. Attack Titan until its health meter empties. Walk up to the Titan and press "A" on the Xbox 360 controller or "X" on PlayStation 3 controller to get on Titan's back. Chase down the inmates in the room and press the "X" button on the Xbox 360 controller or "Square" on the PlayStation 3 controller to defeat them. Batman uses the Titan to break a hole in the wall after all the inmates are dead. The Titan dies after Batman gets off of it to go through the wall.

7. Go through the hole to enter an elevator shaft. Pull down the wall using the Batclaw and grapple up to the next level. Apply explosive gel to the stone floor. The elevator falls down after the gel explodes, clearing a path for you. Climb to the top of the elevator shaft.

8. Go through the door to exit to the courtyard. Take out the snipers in the guard towers, if desired. Enter the eastern courtyard and keep walking to reach the Botanical Gardens. Follow the large vine to reach Poison Ivy's lair.
