How to Disconnect the Clock on a Frigidaire Drop-In Oven
The clock controls on your Frigidaire drop-in oven serve an important purpose in the overall operation of the appliance. In addition to housing and displaying the time of day, the clock controls also allow you to set the oven mode and oven temperature in addition to other settings such as delayed start and the kitchen timer. Turn off the oven breaker in your service panel.

Open the oven door and remove the screws below the control panel housing.

Close the oven door and tilt the control housing forward to reveal the inner components.

Remove the mounting screws securing the clock control to the housing and pull the module away from the housing.

Disconnect the wires from the module, or transfer them, one at a time, to the new module.
