How to Hide a Pen and Key Tag
Pen and key-tag sets make a great gift for family members, co-workers and friends. Both the pen and key tag come together, usually in an impressive display box. The gift is practical but classy (depending, of course, upon the price and style). It can also be a good addition to a personal office.
There are a few reasons someone might want to hide a pen key tag set. It might be a gift and the giver doesn't want it to be found early or to get lost. It might be something you keep at your desk and, if it's expensive, hiding it when you're not in your office reduces the chances it will "disappear."

1
Place the pen and key tag in a lockbox. Close the lid and lock the box.
-
2
Place the lockbox in an area not easily accessible to others, perhaps a bedroom or office. If you're giving the pen and key tag as a gift, place the box in an area of the room where it's not likely to be found by others. Examples include a closet, desk drawer or under a bed.

3
Place the lockbox's key in a safe area that's a good distance away from the box's hiding place. Or, carry the key in your wallet or on your key chain.
-
4
Store the pen and key tag in a place only you have access to if you don't want to use a lockbox. The trunk of your car or the glove box aren't places others will have access to without your knowing.
