When your old watch band for your Seiko Diver wears out or becomes damaged, you will need to replace it with a new watch band. Replace the band using the small spring bar tool that comes with most watches. If you do not have a spring bar tool, use a thin device as an alternative, such as a screwdriver, nail file or finger nails. Does this Spark an idea?

2

Manipulate the spring bar with the spring bar tool, catching the shoulder of the spring bar and compressing the length. Move the band so that it and the spring bar line up with the two pinholes.
