How to Make Campaign Leaflets
A campaign leaflet is intended to promote an agenda. To effectively meet that goal, it must convey the intended message to its target audience. The text must be succinctly written and well-edited to render credibility to the leaflet. Many people dump leaflets in the trash can once you receive it through the mail or from someone distributing. If you make it appealing, more people will be tempted to read your leaflet.

1
Construct the message you want to convey on the leaflet. Take into account the objectives of the campaign before determining the information to include. Because space is limited, the message must be narrowed to the gist of the campaign. Use an image to complement the message on the leaflet.
-
2
Outline the subject of your campaign once you choose the information you want to include on the leaflet. It must include the purpose of the campaign. List the problems you're campaigning against, followed by your proposed solution. If the problem is a high level of crime in the neighborhood, for instance, indicate whether you would like more police presence on the street or programs to preoccupy the youth and keep them from committing crime.

Add your contact information in case people have questions. Include future events related to your agenda, including rallies and town hall meetings. Indicate the date and venue. Also include the names of the guest speakers at your future events, if that is part of your program. Indicate the purpose and the people behind the campaign. Include your logo on the leaflet.

4
Design your leaflet using colors that are friendly to the eye. Color has an influence on the buyer or reader of the leaflet. It dictates readability of the text more than font style and size. Black, for instance, presents the cleanest of contrast on a white background. A yellow background is considered harsh to the eye. Use color contrast and blend it with a reasonable font size.

5
Use a publisher program to design the leaflet if you want to do it yourself. Doing it yourself is less expensive. You can also download an existing template from Microsoft Publisher, for instance, and customize it. Alternatively, let a printing company print the leaflets for you in you can't do it on your computer. You can present your work on a USB flash drive to a printer.
