1
Create a list of the possible activities you have in your home on your snow day.
-
2
Paint and use markers to get crafty by creating new pictures on canvas or paper. Create a scrapbook by using stencils, stamps, stickers and card stock and include photos of your family and friends, or even your pets.
-
-
3
Stay comfortable by watching a new movie or a classic favorite -- or spend the afternoon catching up on video games, free of classroom rules and homework.
-
4
Go outside and build a snowman or a snow igloo. Create snow angels and drawings in the snow in your yard. Go for a walk around your block or neighborhood, if you are allowed.
-
5
Invite your friends over to have a snowball fight or to spend the day hanging out together. Build a living room fort using couch pillows, cushions and other furniture and decorations (that are not breakable). Play card or board games together.
-
6
Brainstorm on ways to create a business or design and publish your own hobby blog. Learn a new skill you are interested in with your time off for the snow day.
