How to Send a Facebook Photo to Someone Not on Facebook
Sharing Facebook photos with other users and friends is simple using the site's built-in sharing tools. Sending a Facebook photo to people who don't have an account is less straightforward. As long as the person who uploaded the photo has set his preferences to public, however, you can copy the photo and share it with non-Facebook users via email.
