The most common problems include power issues, no coffee and inconsistent flow of coffee. You can troubleshoot the problems yourself with little hassle and minimal knowledge of the unit.       Make sure the power cord is plugged into the power outlet. If the power cord is not plugged in, electricity will not be able to power the unit. Check the power button to make sure the coffee maker is turned on.

      Check over the power cord to make sure there are no frays or breaks in the power cord. If you do find frays or breaks in the power cord, have the cord replaced. Do not plug the machine into the wall if your find any frays or breaks in the cord. This could lead to an electrical fire.

      Fill the water tank up to the fill line if you aren't getting any coffee out of the system. Make sure the boiler tank has been filled if you are going to use the steam feature on the unit. Press the "Coffee Deliver" switch and then fill the boiler. The boiler tank is located next to the water tank.

      Use a rag and a little bit of vinegar to clean the steam nozzle on the bottom of the water delivery compartment. This is the compartment where the water meets the coffee grounds.

      Clean the reusable filter if you aren't getting a good flow of coffee during production. Pull the reusable filter out of the unit and run cold water over it to remove any grounds that may be in the system.

      Pour 1/2 cup of vinegar into the water tank and fill the rest of the tank with clean water if you are getting bad-tasting coffee. Allow the machine to run to filter out any mold or mildew inside the system while cleaning the delivery parts of the unit.
